Nothing It was not Aliexpress's fault it was Australia Post who took a long time to deliver'. Be aware Caniao hands the parcels to Aus post to deliver. Message from Cainiao that I was not contactable was not right it should have said handed over to Aus post to deliver.

They drop packages off at any address without reading
They don't pay attention to the delivery address and dropped the package off at the wrong address and refuse to help me. I don't want to stay here.

Package delivered to wrong address
- - Track CNUSUP0003487**** shows deliveries going to 1115 Edgedwood Ave, not 3505 Corby St, Jacksonville, despite the address on the package.
Reference track #CNUSUP0003487****. This package was delivered once again to the wrong address here in Jacksonville, Florida.
I am not sure how competent these delivery people are; my address is on the package. They continue to deliver my packages to 1115 Edgedwood Ave, which is the wrong address. My address is 3505 Corby St. Please make contact with the Jacksonville delivery people and advise them to read the address on the package.
If this continues, I will contact AliExpress and advise them about what type of delivery service this is. I buy quite a bit of product from AliExpress and have had this happen many times where the package is delivered to the wrong address.

Cainiao lied
- - They claim delivery and a call, which I did not receive.
- - They have my number but did not call.
- - I emailed, texted, and called from 3 countries.
They claim they tried to deliver a package to me yesterday, and they claim they tried to call me. LIE.
They have my number and choose not to call. I sent several emails, two texts, and called three different countries.
I still don't have a local phone number to reach them. They sent me an email at 5:25 PM Friday, which I received after they closed for the weekend.

Driver delivered at the wrong address, told this person doesn’t live here, but the driver did not care and dropped it anyway.
Our address is 7425 and the package is 7485.

don’t use this shipping company they never read delivered. They held onto the package for a month then they finally tried to deliver after a month after a month and they left it at somebody else’s doorstep and you can clearly see the address from the picture they took and it was not my address, but they still left it there so they purpose
They have not even tried to redeliver they ignore my texts everytime I try to chat with them they tell me they’re offline. and when I came back, they say the samething offline then they texted me they’re not resolving this issue, they owe me a full refund for losing my item which was $78.
they owe it to me cause they never tried to resend my package to my address of 48 years. I have lived here.
